Being in Puerto Rico I figured I’d see some nice examples of older cars. This FJ is the first I really have seen.

Kinja'd!!!

The only other cool cars I’ve seen here are Porsches. It’s as if you have to have a Porsche if you have money...so many new Porsches here

There are a few cool old classics in PR, but the salt in the air corrodes any car that doesn’t get washed frequently. That plus a lot of them get sold to buyers in the mainland. With gas prices on the high side and most roads being narrow you also get a higher proportion of subcompacts. The Porsche thing is weird, every yuppie/dr/lawyer has to have one apparently.

I can’t help thinking of a cable car when I see one of these. It doesn’t stop all of my wants.

Last time I was in PR I didn’t see many fancy cars. My relatives told me they have high car prices. I did however see like 10 fiesta STs in a parking lot. This was by a lake in the mountains, definitely a nice cruise spot

Yea my father in law says that you can add 30 to 50% to the price of a car compared to the states. And besides the Porsches I can’t say I saw very many expensive cars either
